These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of shinsakae.solutions (the "Site") and everything sold on it. The Site is operated by Shin Sakae Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account. Accounts are personal: don't share your login with anyone.

2. Membership plans

Plans. We offer three monthly plans: E-books ¥16,000, E-books + Courses ¥64,000, Business ¥96,000 per month. Every plan includes the member portal. The E-books plan also includes every e-book; E-books + Courses adds every short online course; Business adds special courses, new services as they launch, and access to Japan vehicle auction data (section 4).
Price and billing. Prices are charged in Japanese yen. US-dollar amounts shown on the Site are approximate and for reference only; your card issuer sets the exchange rate. Your plan is billed in advance to your credit or debit card when you join and then automatically every month on the same date.
Automatic renewal. Your plan renews each month until you cancel.
Cancelling. You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.
Price changes. If we change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal. You can cancel before then if you don't want to continue.
Content changes. Membership content is added and updated over time. We may change, reorganise or retire individual items.

3. E-books and courses

When you buy an e-book or course, or get one through your plan, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it for your own learning. You may not copy, share, resell, upload or distribute it, in whole or in part. Files may be marked with your account details to discourage sharing.

Bought individually: you keep access for as long as the Site offers it.
Included in a plan: access lasts while your plan is active. E-books you downloaded while your plan was active stay yours for personal use.

4. Japan vehicle auction data (Business plan)

Business members receive a login ID and password for a Japan vehicle auction data service by email, normally within 1 business day of joining.
The login is for your own business use only. Don't share it or resell the data.
The data is provided by a third-party service. We don't guarantee its accuracy, completeness or availability, and it isn't advice to buy or sell any vehicle.
Access ends when your Business plan ends.

5. Payments

We accept credit and debit cards only. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Prices are shown on the Site and at checkout, including any taxes we are required to collect. You confirm you are authorised to use the card you pay with.

6. Refunds

All sales are final. Once your membership has been activated, or a course, lesson or e-book has been accessed or downloaded, the purchase is non-refundable. Memberships renew every month until you cancel; you can cancel future renewals at any time and keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

7. Educational content only

Everything on the Site is general business education. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice, and it is not a promise that you will earn any money or achieve any result. See our Earnings Disclaimer. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any person or company discussed in our content.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share or resell access to your account or our content; copy, scrape or republish our content; attempt to get around payment or access controls; or use the Site for anything unlawful.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, e-books, worksheets, designs and the Shin Sakae name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, for example by sharing content or logins. Where the breach is serious, no refund is due. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or business decisions you make based on our content, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or on the Site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
